Responsibilities for a Quality Inspector include but are not limited to:
+ Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of surgical instruments and components.
+ Utilize measurement techniques, metrology tools, and blueprint reading to verify operator measurements.
+ Conduct first article and first piece approvals; support internal and external corrective actions.
+ Maintain workspace cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards and assist in other production areas as needed.
Candidates for Quality Inspector must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.
+ 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; previous quality experience preferred.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, pin gages).
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.

**Pay Details:** $24.88 per hour
