**Title:** Quality Control Technician
**Location:** North Austin, TX
**Schedule:** M-F 7am-4pm
Your mission
Ensure that every pair of shoes leaving production meets company standards of quality, consistency, and innovation by conducting thorough checks, documenting findings, and driving improvements back into the product cycle.
Key responsibilities
+ Inspect shoes at different production stages (before washing and after finishing)
+ Verify visual and structural quality of shoes, including patterns and details
+ Document findings, track patterns of recurring issues, and maintain QC logs
+ Report back to the product team with insights and suggestions for improvements
+ Manage and process failed orders (documentation, reporting, resolution)
+ Collaborate with production team to prevent defects and ensure timely corrections
Your profile
+ Experience in QC, production, or manufacturing environment (footwear/garment preferred but not required)
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
+ Basic knowledge of documenting workflows and patterns
+ Good communication skills for reporting and team feedback
+ Organized, reliable, and proactive problem solver
+ Based in Austin or surroundings.

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
