Are you passionate about helping patients and providing top-quality customer service? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Pharmacy Technician** to join a dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping to resolve inquiries, research account issues, and ensure a smooth billing experience.

**Location:** Cary, NC

**Schedule** : Mon- Fri 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm

**Pay Rate:** $20-$22.00 (based on experience)

**Type:** Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire (Potential to Convert to FTE!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer patient inquiry calls and correspondence courteously and professionally.

• Research and resolve patient account issues with accuracy and empathy.

• Contact insurance carriers, patients, and healthcare facilities to obtain maximum payment on accounts.

• Identify and communicate account issues or trends to improve client profitability.

• Maintain compliance with all HIPAA regulations and Quality Assurance Standards.

• Demonstrate strong listening skills, patience, and professionalism on every call.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare customer service, patient accounts, or insurance billing preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction.

• Ability to handle complex calls with empathy and efficiency.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
