Warehouse Associate Job Description

Responsibilities for a Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:

+ Assisting with **shipping and receiving** activities, including unloading and loading trucks.

+ Reading orders, gathering, and **distributing** items to be processed or shipped.

+ Taking **check calls from drivers** to ensure timely load delivery and validating load data for accounting.

+ Maintaining a **safe and accessible warehouse** environment, adhering to all safety policies.

Candidates for Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Must be able to **lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds** and load/unload trucks.

+ Ability to apply **critical thinking** to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.

+ Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, due to **varying freight volumes** .

+ **Dock or warehouse experience** in the transportation industry, or experience loading/unloading trailers, is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
