• Supply Chain Manager

    Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NY and NJ. Due to growth, seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the executive team. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and continuous improvement in supply chain operations. Primary duties include:

     

    + Oversee the end-to-end movement of materials across three facilities, ensuring alignment with production plans and timely customer deliveries.

    + Oversee production schedules to meet on-time shipping targets.

    + Improve and manage MRP, MPS, ERP systems, and demand planning processes.

    + Partner with logistics to enhance vendor pricing, services, and onboarding.

    + Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, cost negotiations, and vendor performance metrics.

    + Support product launches and engineering changes to ensure smooth material flow.

    + Provide reports to executive team and stake holders

     

    Position reports to Director of Supply Chain.

    Ideal candidates for Supply Chain Manager will possess the following:

    + Bachelors degree

    + APICS certification a plus

    + 5+ years of supply chain management in a manufacturing setting

    + Strong Excel skills and ERP/MRP/MPS experience.

     

    Salary up to $150,000/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.

     

    **Pay Details:** $135,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
