Outside Sales Representative

Our client, an award-winning construction services company, is expanding operations and seeking an **Outside Sales Representative** to sell services directly to residential customers through **door-to-door** canvassing **.**
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a steady base salary + uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
+ Build rapport with customers and overcome objections confidently
+ Track sales activity and manage leads using CRM tools
+ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after a job.
+ Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process.
+ Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
+ Attend annual sales training and professional development events
Requirements:
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
+ Must be comfortable with canvassing and conducting in-person, door-to-door sales.
+ Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
+ Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs.
+ 1+ years of sales experience is preferred but not required.
Our client offers:
+ Base salary in the $50k-60k range + uncapped commission _(avg 1_ _st_ _year earnings are between 70k-100k)_
