    Join Our Team: Seasonal Lighting Installer – Christmas Decor

    **Location:** 2314 Patterson Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24016

    **Job Type:** Part-time (with potential for full-time based on performance)

    Compensation:

    + **Trainee/Laborer:** $16.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills

    + **Hours:** 40–50 hours per week, typically 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Flexibility required due to weather conditions.

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our close-knit team as **Seasonal Lighting Installers** . This is a hands-on, outdoor role that involves installing holiday lighting and décor on residential and commercial properties. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!

    Key Responsibilities

    + Safely install holiday lighting and decorations on buildings and landscapes

    + Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients

    + Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality

    + Assist with equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly

    + Work collaboratively with team members to meet project goals

    Qualifications

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Valid driver’s license preferred

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (75 lbs preferred)

    + Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and rooftops

    + Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

    + Ability to walk long distances and perform physical tasks throughout the day

    + Experience with aerial lifts or trailers is a plus, but not required (training provided)

    Additional Information

     

    All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and company needs.

     

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
