Adecco is seeking Machine Operator’s for a pharmaceutical company in Carlsbad, Ca. If you have machine operating experience of any kind, this is the position for you. They are willing to train the right candidates who are open and committed to work a schedule starting at 4:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor mixing equipment to prepare soft gel fill material in accordance with batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

+ Accurately measure and verify ingredients to ensure they meet specified quality ranges.

+ Follow detailed compounding procedures step-by-step to maintain product integrity and consistency

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards

+ Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

+ Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or material issues to the appropriate personnel

+ Support setup and cleanup of compounding equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, and reach – lifting up to 50 pounds regularly

• Mechanical experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to reach and write in English is preferred

• Basic math skills (Multiplication, division, conversions, and understand weight and measures

• Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment preferred

• Basic understanding of measurement systems and equipment operation

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
