Credit and Collections Analyst
**Location:** Westminster, Co
Adecco is looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst that will manage an assigned accounts receivable portfolio to support cash flow, reduce DSO, and minimize bad debt. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external customers to ensure timely collections, resolve disputes, and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage end-to-end AR activities, from account setup to collections.
+ Conduct proactive outreach to customers via phone and email.
+ Review credit applications and recommend or approve credit limits.
+ Reconcile accounts and resolve billing or payment disputes.
+ Process credit card transactions and monitor auto-pay activity.
+ Log collection activities and maintain accurate records.
+ Partner with internal teams to drive resolution and process improvement.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ 3+ years of experience in B2B credit and collections experience
+ Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
+ Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, or GetPaid preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
**Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
