Job Opening: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Northwest Houston, TX 77040
**Pay Rate:** $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
**Schedule:** Full-time
We are currently seeking a **Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative** to join our team in the Northwest Houston area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
+ Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
+ Maintain customer records by updating account information
+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
+ Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
+ Previous customer service experience preferred
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
+ Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
