    Salary: Depends on Experience (DOE); $90,000 to DOE.

    Primary Duties: The successful applicant will be part of the team assigned to advise and represent the Idaho State Police. Duties of this position include litigati on of civil forfeiture cases, drafting and conducting legal review of agency contracts , and advising Alcohol Beverage Control, the Criminal Intelligence Center, the Racing Commission, and the State Brand Inspector. This role also includes providing legal presentations and trainings to agency staff and may be assigned other duties as needed .

     

    Minimum Qualifications: M ust be licensed to practice law in Idaho and have a desire to work in public service.

     

    Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in one or more of the listed primary duties is preferred but not required . Our office can train any attorney who is willing to work hard and develop the skills necessary to be an effective attorney for the Idaho State Police.
