Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to contribute to our business growth and maintain our status as an innovative leader. The ideal candidate will possess strong production experience and exceptional skills in developing and overseeing work plans. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for preparing and presenting regular updates on budget, schedule, scope, and procurement tracking to both field and management teams.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and oversee comprehensive work plans.

+ Prepare and present regular updates on budget, schedule, scope, and procurement tracking.

+ Coordinate and manage project scheduling and execution.

+ Lead large commercial projects with plumbing scopes ranging from 4-10 million dollars.

+ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

+ At least 4 years of plumbing project management experience.

+ Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.

+ Experience in construction and construction management.

+ Proven ability to manage change orders.

+ Strong project coordination and scheduling capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ OSHA 30 certification.

+ Tennessee Plumbing License.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily office-based, providing an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and equipment. The role involves collaboration with both field and management teams to ensure project success.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
