Job Title: Licensed Site Remediation ProfessionalJob Description
We are seeking a Senior Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) with over 7 years of experience to join our team at the Blue Bell office. You will be responsible for overseeing contaminated site assessments and remediation projects from financial and technical evaluation through design, permitting, and construction stages. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of our LSRP practice by fostering business relationships and developing our staff.
Responsibilities
+ Manage an LSRP practice area, including staff, clients, and revenue.
+ Support new and ongoing remediation projects as an LSRP.
+ Maintain professional contacts with other LSRPs, the NJDEP, and the regulated community by participating in professional societies or meetings.
+ Engage in business development by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, leading proposal preparation, and implementing a business development plan.
+ Plan and implement investigation and remediation projects, manage budgets, schedules, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
+ Mentor junior staff and manage subcontractors.
+ Prepare work plans, technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.
+ Review and manage written document production.
+ Prepare for and participate in meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and other parties.
+ Occasionally engage in short-term fieldwork, including site reconnaissance, meetings with clients, subcontractors, staff, or regulators, and other site visits in an observational or leadership role.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or a related field.
+ New Jersey LSRP in good standing.
+ Minimum 7 years of experience with an environmental consulting firm.
+ Experience using LSRP.
+ Client management experience.
+ Current OSHA 40 certification.
+ Valid driver's license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Professional registration (e.g., P.E.) is preferred.
+ Experience with NJ DEP and brownfield projects.
+ Knowledge of regulatory processes, vapor intrusion, geology, and superfund sites.
Work Environment
This role offers a flexible work environment with three days working from home and two days in the office. You will be collaborating with a team of other LSRPs in a supportive and dynamic setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
