    We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Designer to join our team, primarily responsible for delivering exceptional data center design services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Data Center technology infrastructure design practices, Hyper-Scaler Standards, and experience in leading a team of technology engineers. You will work closely with clients, developers, installation contractors, and design team members to ensure successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and implement ICT Data Infrastructure for Data Center Technology projects, including Outside/Inside Fiber Plant, Data Cabling Pathways, Conveyance, Grounding, Wi-Fi, and related Data Systems.

    + Manage projects for Hyper-Scaler Single Tenant, Co-Location, and Enterprise Data Centers ranging from 1MW to 108MW and multi-provider campuses.

    + Create and develop Construction Documents (drawings and specifications).

    + Conduct design reviews using Revit, Autodesk Construction, BuildingConnected, and Bluebeam Sessions.

    + Perform on-site inspections and develop field reports with travel to project sites within the continental US.

    + Ensure quality control by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.

    + Assist with Business Development and Client Outreach Events.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience designing technology systems in Revit at a design-engineering firm or data center.

    + Proficiency in IT infrastructure, physical security systems, and Audio Visual (AV) engineering.

    + Experience in field inspection, quality control, and construction document creation.

    + 5+ years of experience in ICT design.

    + Mandatory skills in REVIT and BIM Software.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Data center experience is highly preferred.

    + Preferred Certifications: RCDD, OSP, PMP, PSP, RTPM, CTS.

    + Willingness to travel 1-2 times a month, with travel expenses covered.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodridge, Illinois.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $67.31/hr.
