    Job Title: Superintendent of Construction

    Job Description

    A leading contractor in the concrete repair industry is seeking a Superintendent to manage and oversee restoration projects. This role is essential in ensuring project success and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee concrete restoration projects from start to finish.

    + Coordinate with project teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks.

    + Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals efficiently.

    + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

    + Utilize Procore for project management and documentation.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in concrete and concrete repair techniques.

    + Strong understanding of masonry work.

    + Experience with RFIs, change orders, and submittals.

    + Proficient in using Procore for project management.

    + Commitment to safety standards and practices.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + A background in construction management is required.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in construction.

    Work Environment

    The position requires working on-site 5 days a week in various locations across NJ and NY. The company is part of a growing firm that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.20 - $62.50/hr.
