Description
Provides leadership for the site or regional maintenance organization with a strong focus on achieving zero injuries and incidents. Ensures alignment and active engagement with corporate maintenance and reliability networks and resources.
Holds full accountability for the operational and financial performance of the site/regional maintenance function, including the development and execution of the maintenance budget.
Drives the implementation of maintenance and reliability practices in line with corporate standards, while developing and executing strategies to continuously improve performance.
Key focus areas include:

+ Preventive and predictive maintenance
+ Reliability-centered improvements
+ Materials and spare parts management
+ Technician training and performance development
+ Mechanical integrity programs
+ Maintenance contracting strategies
+ Turnaround and shutdown planning
+ Design for reliability principles
Additional responsibilities include:
+ Managing the plant capital budget and preparing Authorization Requests (ARs) in accordance with capital project processes
+ Ensuring equipment downtime—both planned and unplanned—meets OEE targets to support production goals
+ Collaborating with the Technology Leader to embed Six Sigma methodologies into the plant culture
+ Developing and maintaining staffing plans, succession strategies, and renewal pipelines for maintenance and reliability roles
+ Conducting gap analyses to identify organizational development needs and implementing effective training and development programs
+ Leading core vs. non-core assessments and establishing a site-specific maintenance contracting strategy
+ Partnering with project managers and construction leads to ensure successful execution of maintenance-related contracts
Supervisory Responsibilities:
+ Direct oversight of site maintenance personnel
+ Mentorship and guidance to regional sites through collaboration with plant managers
Qualifications:

Additional Skills & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in engineering from four-year college or university; and 10 to 16 years of related reliability & maintenance experience and/or training
•Knowledge of organizational development and change management techniques and processes.
•Sensitive enough to both, business, and people issues, to be capable of taking decisions and make recommendations.
•Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work with individuals and groups with diverse backgrounds. Respect, sensitivity, and enthusiasm for individual diversity.
•Ability to work effectively with all levels and functions.
•Strong interpersonal skills with ability and desire to counsel and develop people to their full potential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
