Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers while managing credit-related inquiries and ensuring accurate order processing. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity for growth and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively via phone or email.

• Process and manage orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in data entry and timely delivery.

• Review customer credit applications and provide recommendations based on analysis.

• Handle collections and negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely payments.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and accounts receivable, to address credit-related concerns.

• Monitor and release credit hold orders in compliance with company policies.

• Investigate and document discrepancies or disputes related to payments and credit terms.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities.

• Provide attentive and empathetic support to customers, ensuring a positive experience.

• Reconcile inventory returns and communicate necessary actions to customers and internal teams. Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and credit review.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and payment histories.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer and team interactions.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center or similar environment.

• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes.

• Capability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of manufactured products and related industry practices is a plus.
