Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Visalia, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data while maintaining a high level of precision. This position is ideal for someone with strong typing skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update various types of data into systems with a high degree of accuracy.

• Verify the accuracy of data entries and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related projects.

• Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on collected data.

• Follow established procedures for data entry and management.

• Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Perform regular quality checks on entered data to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

• Exceptional typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with numeric data entry is an advantage.
