Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of production machinery and the warehouse, along with various other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with day-to-day operations of the facility and maintain the warehouse in a safe and organized manner.
+ Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
+ Assist with calibration and maintenance of various machinery.
+ Possess knowledge of low to medium voltage power systems.
+ Perform general repairs in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC.
+ Operate pallet jack, scissor and boom lifts, forklift, and climb ladders to access elevated areas and rooftops when required.
+ Drive and operate company vehicles.
+ Respond to emergencies during off hours such as weekends, holidays, and evenings.
+ Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in a maintenance role with knowledge of production equipment, controlled environments, and critical systems.
+ Knowledge of facilities operations, physical plant, safety and security, and fire protection systems.
+ Ability to understand blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including experience with control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
