    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Test Technician** to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing board and unit-level testing to ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing standards.     Key Responsibilities

    + Execute board and unit-level testing in accordance with established procedures, with minimal supervision.

    + Accurately connect and operate test equipment to ensure reliable results.

    + Communicate product or process issues promptly to team leads.

    + Complete ESD testing and sign in on appropriate PIDs, adhering to all manufacturing protocols.

    + Support Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) processes.

    + Safely operate high-voltage and high-power transmitters.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area, following ESD and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) policies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in mechanical and electrical assembly, hand tool usage, and production processes.

    + Strong understanding of schematics, electronics, troubleshooting, bench testing, and calibration.

    + Familiarity with electrical concepts such as Volts, Amps, Ohms, Phase, Modulation, and dBm.

    + Experience using AC, DC, and RF test and measurement equipment.

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and systems like Kronos and PeopleSoft.

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.

    + **Preferred:** Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent technical training.

    + **Experience:** 2–4 years in a related technical or manufacturing role.

    + **Requirement:** U.S. Citizenship (due to security clearance requirements).

    Work Environment

    + Operates within a modern manufacturing facility offering two shift options:

    + **1st Shift:** 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

    + Dress code includes closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a company-provided static vest.

    + Safety and cleanliness are top priorities, with strict adherence to ESD and FOD protocols.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
