Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for palletizing, consistently lifting 50lb bags, and ensuring accurate stacking at the end of the packaging line. You will inspect bags for correct labeling and maintain cleanliness at your station, all while adhering to safety and quality assurance procedures.

Responsibilities

+ Palletize 30-50lbs at the end of the packaging line.

+ Consistently lift 50lb bags.

+ Accurately stack bags onto pallets.

+ Inspect bags to ensure they are labeled correctly.

+ Maintain a clean work station.

+ Follow Safety and Quality Assurance rules and procedures.

+ Operate high-speed packaging equipment.

+ Complete daily production and/or QA paperwork.

+ Ensure work is completed safely and within established quality parameters.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting.

+ Experience in palletizing and packaging.

+ 1 year of industrial experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred.

+ Knowledge and experience in the Food Industry is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a GMP and SOP compliant warehouse producing blends and spices. Safety work shoes with reinforced toes and slip resistance are required, along with durable work pants (denim acceptable). Shirts must cover shoulders, and long hair must be tied back. Jewelry is not permitted. The work shifts are 5 am to 1:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 11 pm, with expected overtime of 1-2 hours on some days.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eastvale, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
