Job Title: Manufacturing Support Specialist

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for issuing materials to manufacturing orders, performing various packaging operations, and ensuring accurate label creation. This position will focus on operations, with additional responsibilities in the area including silicone implant washing and operating digital scales.

Responsibilities

+ Issue materials to manufacturing orders.

+ Perform packaging operations including blister packaging, pouch sealing, cartoning, and shrink wrapping.

+ Create and check labels for accuracy.

+ Fill out routers correctly in Device History Record Management.

+ Perform all preventive maintenance tasks on time.

+ Conduct silicone washing of silicone implants.

+ Operate digital scales efficiently.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in operating digital scales.

+ Experience with labeling and computer data entry.

+ Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

+ Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

+ Familiarity with cleanroom environments.

Work Environment

Our work environment is a quiet, clean, and climate-controlled pharmaceutical warehouse. Employees are required to wear safety glasses in designated areas and steel toe shoes on the production floor. The dress code is casual, although tights and leggings are not permitted. The role may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, and occasionally reaching, pushing, or pulling to accomplish tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
