Solderer – 1st Shift ($19.50/hr)

**Location:** South Orlando, FL

**Schedule:** 1st Shift, Monday–Friday; optional overtime available on Saturdays

**Pay Rate:** $19.50/hour

**Experience Level:** Intermediate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our electronics repair team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuit boards to the component level, with proficiency in both surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuit boards down to the component level

+ Read and interpret complex schematic diagrams and circuit layouts for accurate diagnostics

+ Use test and measurement equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and voltmeters

+ Perform precision soldering using SMT and thru-hole techniques

+ Handle hard drive devices while adhering to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols

+ Maintain high standards of quality performance and inspection accuracy

+ Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines

+ Support additional tasks and cross-functional duties as assigned

Required Skills:

+ Electrical diagnostics and repair

+ SMT and thru-hole soldering

+ Use of voltmeters and other test equipment

+ Strong troubleshooting ability

+ Attention to detail and quality standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
