Immediate Joiners Wanted – Aerotek is Hiring Assemblers | $17–$19/hr | Spokane & Spokane Valley, WA

Job Description:

As a Production Finisher and Mold Operator, you’ll perform detailed assembly tasks and operate plastic molding machines for small parts. This entry-level manufacturing role offers training and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up and perform insert installation, fastening, bonding, and spot welding

+ Execute part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring

+ Operate plastic molding machines for aerospace and medical components

+ Follow documented procedures and tolerances

+ Maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards

Essential Skills:

+ Proficiency in assembly and production processes

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly

+ Skilled in using hand and power tools

Additional Qualifications:

+ Experience in general labor or assembly line work

+ Strong attention to detail in documentation and task execution

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently

+ Comfortable using light power tools correctly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $19.75/hr.
