Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team on the Day shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be proficient with computers, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing shipping operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

+ Handle shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.

+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and customers in a bilingual capacity as needed.

+ Utilize Excel and email tools to manage shipping documentation and correspondence.

+ Maintain an organized workspace and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.

+ Support other administrative or operational duties as required.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with SAP systems.

+ Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.

+ Proficiency in inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Proficiency in computer usage and multitasking.

+ Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Work Environment

Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Loves Park, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.70 - $19.70/hr.
