    General Production Worker – Immediate Hiring | $18–$19/hr |** **Location:** **Spokane Valley, Washington!

    Job Description:

    As a General Production Worker, you’ll be responsible for sorting, lifting, catching, and packaging tiles while maintaining quality standards. You’ll also prepare raw materials, operate machinery, and help keep the production line clean and efficient.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Sort, lift, and package tiles with attention to quality

    + Stack tiles from pallets onto conveyors

    + Sweep and spray down lines during downtime

    + Mix raw materials for ceramic tiles and glazes

    + Operate production machinery and perform basic assembly

    + Inspect products for quality assurance

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + 1+ year of experience in production, general labor, or manufacturing

    + Comfortable working around large industrial machines

    + Strong problem-solving and independent work ethic

    + Willingness to get dirty and work in a hot, dusty environment

    + Reliable attendance and performance history

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
