Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in CNC repair and troubleshooting, ready to play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

+ Rebuild spindles and change out ballscrews.

+ Set backlash and perform precision mechanical adjustments.

+ Troubleshoot and maintain CNC controls, including Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.

+ Read and troubleshoot PLCs using ladder logic.

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting on systems ranging from 24V to 480V.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain older, custom-built machinery.

+ Experience in machining, blueprint reading, and working with lathes and mills.

+ Proficiency in schematic and PLC troubleshooting within an industrial setting.

This role is based in a manufacturing facility with a climate-controlled and very clean machine shop production environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
