    Job Title: Parts Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to identify essential components for automated pumping systems, encompassing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical parts. This role involves providing pricing and sales quotes to both internal and external customers, as well as managing the purchasing process, including RFQ and PO creation. You will offer parts information and support to company technicians, independent service partners, and facility operators. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing parts, processing warranty returns, maintaining pricing and product data within our ERP system, and managing inventory levels.

    Responsibilities

    + Identify components needed for automated pumping systems.

    + Provide pricing and sales quotes for internal and external customers.

    + Purchase materials and create RFQs and POs.

    + Offer parts information and support to technicians, service partners, and operators.

    + Source parts for various pumping systems.

    + Process warranty returns.

    + Maintain pricing, product data, and information in the ERP system.

    + Manage inventory levels.

    + Process sales orders.

    + Perform additional duties as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with ERP systems.

    + Proficiency in purchase orders and purchasing inventory.

    + Skill in sourcing new suppliers.

    + Experience in processing sales orders and maintaining pricing and inventory data.

    + Strong data entry skills.

    + Experience in service, buyer purchasing, SAP, fulfillment, and parts inventory support.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with vendor-facing roles.

    + Proficiency in RFQ and PO creation.

    This position is based in a warehouse office setting, providing a structured yet dynamic work environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of Lake Mary, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
