Position Summary

The Distribution Center Systems Administrator, Manager will work with the development of new product applications and drive an innovative feature roadmap to improving existing applications and processes. In this role, you will partner with users to be expert on user experience across all applications within your portfolio and work with various DC leaders, vendor partners and IT to deeply understand our process and challenges, and drive improvements to our processes and technology products.

You will ensure the effective utilization of technology and systems to optimize supply chain management to effectively support the delivery of healthcare services. in addition, you will Assess and optimize supply chain systems and processes to enhance and advance end-to-end logistics efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.

Additional responsibilities include:

-Directs individuals to utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making in supply chain management.

-Helps establish and implement compliance measures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements such as procurement policies, product traceability, and quality standards.

-Implement processes to ensure proper integration and functionality of systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, inventory management systems, and procurement software.

-Assist in the management of relationships with suppliers and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and compliance monitoring.

-Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

-Manage team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to develop departmental capabilities and ensure the delivery of exceptional services.

-Train and onboard new supply chain team members, subsequently promoting professional development and knowledge sharing between employees.

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years’ experience with Distribution Center systems administration development, implementation and training.

-Experience in utilizing & navigating WMS systems

-Working knowledge of networks & servers

-Leadership experience

-MS Office (Excel & Access) experience

**** **Must be highly flexible** **with hours as this is an on-call position in which you will be required to report after hours/weekends per business needs. This is a 1st shift role with a start time of 7:00amEST. **

Preferred Qualifications

-Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills

-Adept at collaboration and teamwork

-Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

-Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

-APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred.

-Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) designation preferred.

-Tableau and Power BI experience

-Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
