    Job Title: Building and Property Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Maintain buildings and equipment on a large property in Oconomowoc. The role includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping tasks such as snow removal, lawn mowing, and tree and brush trimming. Additionally, the position requires boat and automotive preventive maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform regular maintenance on buildings and equipment.

    + Handle HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks efficiently.

    + Conduct groundskeeping tasks including snow removal, lawn mowing, and tree and brush trimming.

    + Carry out preventive maintenance on boats and automotive equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in building and equipment maintenance.

    + Strong understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems.

    + Mechanical skills for maintenance tasks.

    + Experience in facility repair and painting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working as an automotive mechanic is a plus.

    + Experience in commercial or facilities is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    Work on a 100+ acre property with multiple houses and several outbuildings. The position operates on the 1st shift with standard hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, with flexible scheduling available. Be prepared to be on-call for emergencies or weather-related tasks.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

     

    100% paid health insurance premiums

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Oconomowoc,WI.
