Job Title: Chemical Inventory Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Inventory Specialist to maintain and support the chemical inventory system. The role involves compiling and analyzing chemical composition and toxicological data, coordinating Safety Data Sheet (SDS) updates, and ensuring accurate documentation of chemical substances used onsite. You will participate in meetings and process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory tracking, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across operations.
Responsibilities
+ Compile and analyze chemical composition and toxicological data.
+ Coordinate updates for Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure accurate documentation of chemical substances used onsite.
+ Participate in meetings and process improvement initiatives.
+ Support chemical inventory creation and maintenance.
+ Attend project meetings and contribute to workflow improvements.
+ Assist in drafting procedures and work instructions.
+ Collaborate with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and engineering teams onsite.
Essential Skills
+ 0–2 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing or semiconductor industry (new grads welcome).
+ Strong understanding of chemical processes and regulatory frameworks (OSHA Hazcom, EPA TSCA).
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Acrobat).
+ Clear written and verbal communication.
+ Independent task management.
+ Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
+ Problem-solving and adaptability across work environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in chemical handling, laboratory, production, and manufacturing processes.
+ Knowledge in chemical inventory, wet chemistry, semiconductor manufacturing, quality control, chemical manufacturing, and chemical mixing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
