Job Title:

Journeyman Electrician – Solar Installations

Pay:

+ Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually

+ $50/day per diem for travel

+ Lodging covered for travel assignments

Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to join a growing solar installation team. This role involves working on solar energy projects across agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors. The position supports clean energy initiatives and helps reduce energy costs for clients throughout Minnesota.

Job Duties:

+ Install and wire electrical components of solar systems (AC/DC wiring, conduit, disconnects, inverters)

+ Troubleshoot and repair solar electrical systems

+ Interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Lead and mentor 1–2 apprentices

+ Collaborate with solar panel installation crews

+ Travel within Minnesota (20–30%) for project work
