Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality agricultural seeding equipment solutions.

Responsibilities

+ Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment.

+ Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.

+ Maintain organized inventory and perform regular cycle counts.

+ Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse operations.

+ Proficiency in inventory systems and order picking.

+ Forklift certification or experience preferred.

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment.

+ Skills in packing, loading, and shipping and receiving.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
