    Job Title: Quality Inspector

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products and components for visual defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications before release or shipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform visual inspections of products, components, and materials using established criteria.

    + Identify and document defects such as scratches, dents, discoloration, misalignments, and other non-conformities.

    + Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.

    + Communicate findings to production and quality teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.

    + Follow safety and quality protocols at all times.

    + Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Use basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) as needed.

    + Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

    + Quality inspection

    + Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers

    + Visual inspection skills

    + Strong attention to detail

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is a plus

    Work Environment

     

    1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, five days a week, with optional Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
