Job Title: Material Handler - Clean Room ($21/hr.)(1st Shift)
Job Description
Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will support excipient operators and chemical handlers in a clean room environment. This role involves a mix of forklift operation and assisting with various tasks in a pharmaceutical setting.
_(1) Opening on 1st shift working 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday with opportunity for overtime paying time and a half._

Responsibilities
+ Assist excipient operators and chemical handlers.
+ Load and unload trucks; operate forklifts for 50% of the day.
+ Store, pick, stage, and ship products.
+ Work collaboratively with a small team during off shifts.
+ Help with bulk fillers in a clean room environment when needed.
+ Handle pharmaceutical products with precise documentation.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
+ Load trucks and package orders.
+ Weigh, measure, and check raw materials as per work orders.
+ Manage and track inventory, including cycle counts and audits.
+ Move products on cartons, pallets, and rail car containers.
+ Document stock levels and report shortages.
+ Operate a shrink-wrap machine.
+ Utilize ERP systems for documentation and tracking.
+ Wear a ventilated hood in the clean room.
+ Operate filling machines in a clean room environment.
+ Organize work areas and stock products.
+ Adhere to ISO 900:2015 quality standards.
+ Complete ERP sign-offs for operations during down packing.
+ Remain on feet throughout the shift, bending, twisting, and lifting.
Essential Skills
+ Two years of forklift experience with sit-down and stand-up reach trucks.
+ Experience with detailed documentation and following work orders.
+ Strong math skills for calculating weights.
+ High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in chemical handling or clean room environments is a plus.
+ Must have steel toe boots.
+ Must be open to being clean-shaven.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
