Welder and Fabricator

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Pipefitter Fabricators to join our growing manufacturing team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a great opportunity to get into astable company with a strong backlog of work, offering job security and long-term growth.

Fabricators work in either the pre-fabrication area (creating parts) or the detail area (finishing units). You’ll be fabricating and fitting pipe—primarily carbon and stainless steel—for ASME-certified tanks and pressure vessels used in water filtration and other high-pressure systems containing liquids, gases, and vapors.

Shift Schedule:

+ Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM – 3:15 AM

+ Friday: 2:30 PM – 11:15 PM

+ Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Fabricate and fit pipe to tanks and pressure vessels

+ Work on units up to 13 feet tall (must be comfortable with heights)

+ Occasionally enter tanks for internal work (must not be claustrophobic)

+ Ensure all work meets ASME certification standards

+ Pass a Fluxcore X-ray weld test (required for pressure vessel fabrication)

Qualifications:

+ Experience in pipefitting and fabrication (carbon and stainless steel)

+ Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

+ Willingness to work night shifts and weekends

+ Must pass a weld test for ASME certification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
