Job Title: Terminal Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-driven Terminal Operator to join our Williamsport facility on Reach Road. As a key member of our operations team, you will manage the safe handling, storage, and movement of petroleum/sand products for the oil and gas industry. This role offers hands-on technical work and supports vital energy infrastructure in Pennsylvania. Candidates with a construction laborer or production-based background are suitable for this position, and you will be working in the field as needed. This role plays a critical part in managing petroleum product transfers and supporting energy infrastructure operations in a high-safety, construction-grade terminal—not a warehouse or manufacturing floor. Candidates must be aware of the scope of work.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor equipment for receiving, transferring, and storing fuel.

+ Perform basic math operations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

+ Manage product flow using pumps, valves, gauges, and control systems.

+ Conduct inventory tracking and quality assurance checks.

+ Perform basic maintenance and safety inspections.

+ Communicate effectively with team members across dispatch and terminal operations.

+ Adhere to DOT, HAZMAT, OSHA, and company-specific safety protocols.

Essential Skills

+ General labor and production experience.

+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.

+ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

+ Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.

+ Basic math skills.

+ Flexibility to work outdoors and within a construction environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
