    CNC Operator or Injection Molding Machine Operator

     

    Both positions are 2nd shift (Four 10 hour shifts, 3pm-1:30am)

     

    Pay Rate for Injection Molding Machine Operator - $20.70/hr

     

    Pay Rate for CNC Operator - Up to $26/hr depending on experience

    Job Description

    + Processes parts following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications, while meeting routed hours

    + Selects proper sanding or grinding accessories for deburring and sanding parts per job requirement

    + Safely operates machine press, shears, and plasma cutter to complete job according to specifications

    + Verifies the presence of broken bits and removes from drilled plates as needed

    + Verifies defects in drilled plates and communicates findings to the lead

    + Performs other duties as needed or assigned

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare and calibrate machinery according to production specifications, load materials, and operate the equipment to produce goods.

    + Continuously monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met, inspecting finished products for defects, and making necessary adjustments.

    + Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication on machinery. Troubleshoot issues, identify malfunctions, and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.

    + Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and workplace regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

    + Maintain accurate production logs and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.

    + Work with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure workflow efficiency.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and have knowledge of production machinery.

    + Crucial for monitoring operations and inspecting products for quality.

    + Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during production.

    + Required for tasks that may involve standing for long periods or lifting materials.

    + To report issues and collaborate with other team members and supervisors.

    + Needed for data entry and operating modern machinery.
