Job Title: General Production Worker (entry level)

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by replacing wooden pallets with plastic ones and aerating loads according to the production schedule. You will also perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment based on early detection and machine sounds, and utilize basic measurement tools effectively.

Responsibilities

+ Replace wooden pallets with plastic pallets and aerate loads prior to printing based on the production schedule.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and diagnose issues through early detection and machine sounds.

+ Utilize basic measurement tools and follow proper work instructions.

+ Lift or carry items weighing 10 to 25 pounds frequently and handle pallets weighing 40-52 pounds.

+ Stand regularly and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequently reach with hands and arms, and occasionally walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in assembly, machine operation, and general production.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Mechanically inclined with skills in mechanical assembly and inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficiency in using power tools.

+ Ability to operate machinery efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
