    Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Multi Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic Manufacturing and Automation teams. Your role will involve troubleshooting and maintaining a range of equipment to ensure seamless production operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, mechanical, and production packaging equipment.

    + Maintain robotic and electrical PLC equipment, primarily Fanuc, with a focus on controls, drives, and various electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V.

    + Perform Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting, including logging in with a laptop to troubleshoot, edit, and occasionally program.

    + Conduct mechanical maintenance on equipment such as weigh scales, conveyors, motors, and pneumatic lines.

    + Perform daily maintenance logs and document downtime and repairs.

    + Carry out preventative maintenance for robotic equipment and mechanical machinery.

    + Provide recommendations for tooling or machinery improvements.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting.

    + Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance.

    + Skills in robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics.

    + Strong troubleshooting abilities in PLCs and VFDs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2 - 4 years of previous manufacturing maintenance experience or a combination of schooling and hands-on experience.

    + High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical schooling preferred.

    + Robotic troubleshooting experience is strongly preferred.

    + Capability to perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled, well-lit manufacturing facility that can be loud in some areas. The team works on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, with occasional Saturday work required during training. We foster a collaborative culture where team members are encouraged to assist each other as needed. Our policies ensure a healthy work-life balance, with no more than 60 hours of work per week and never working 7 days straight.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
