    Job Description

    As a Fabrication Specialist, you will operate one or more fabricating machines with a focus on quality and precision. You will be responsible for fabricating various types of sheet metal parts and ensuring that the final products meet both company and customer specifications and drawings. Your role includes setting up, changing over, adjusting, and operating assigned machines while following specified operation sequencing and utilizing all necessary tools and resources provided.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate one or more fabricating machines with precision.

    + Ensure quality by checking parts against company and customer specifications and drawings.

    + Fabricate various types of sheet metal parts on different machines.

    + Set up, change over, adjust, and operate assigned machines efficiently.

    + Follow specified operation sequencing and utilize necessary tools and resources.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in fabrication and production processes.

    + Ability to change over and set up machines effectively.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is preferred.

    + Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

    Work Environment

     

    Work on the first shift in a facility equipped with advanced fabricating machines. The environment encourages teamwork and continuous improvement, offering a structured yet flexible approach to machine operation and fabrication.     Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Palmyra, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.06 - $19.06/hr.
