    Job Title: Production Technician

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Technician and contribute to the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. You will be responsible for executing the production process by closely following Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and packaging of finished goods. This role requires adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a clean room setting.

    + Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction Documents.

    + Handle materials and operate equipment according to blueprints or drawings.

    + Ensure compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).

    + Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Production experience (preferred but not required).

    + Ability to work in a clean room environment.

    + Computer skills for logging into systems and completing training modules.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Good verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to follow complex procedures.

    + Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Experience in production, assembly, warehouse, or order picking roles.

    + Understanding of chemical hygiene, including labels and SDS.

    + Ability to use hand tools and equipment.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours a day, with potential for additional overtime. The cleanroom is maintained at over 30% humidity and temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees. Ambient noise is present. Specific gowning requirements include gloves, hair & beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. The role involves forceful gripping, grasping, and repetitive motions, including pushing and pulling. The ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, and grasp throughout the shift is required, as well as the capability to infrequently lift up to 40 pounds unassisted. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and understanding of chemical hygiene are essential, as common chemicals include disinfectants, solvents, and IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol 70% and 99%).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
