Job Title: Sanitation Technician
Job Description
As a Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of cleanroom environments by performing routine cleaning and sanitization tasks. You will maintain environmental conditions and adhere to safety protocols to prevent contamination, while documenting all activities meticulously.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of cleanroom areas, equipment, and surfaces according to SOPs and regulatory standards.
+ Monitor and maintain environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and air filtration within the cleanroom.
+ Prepare materials and ingredients in a sterile manner to prevent contamination.
+ Conduct inspections and document cleanroom activities, including cleaning logs and deviation reports.
+ Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and other food safety protocols.
+ Wear and maintain proper cleanroom attire, including gowns, gloves, and masks, at all times.
+ Assist in audits and inspections by internal teams or regulatory agencies.
+ Report equipment malfunctions or cleanliness issues promptly to supervisors.
+ Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in inspection, assembly, cleanroom procedures, and production.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
+ Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain accurate records.
+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
+ Physically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience in a cleanroom or food production environment preferred.

The position is within a food and beverage production environment, where maintaining cleanliness and sterility is paramount. Proper cleanroom attire is required at all times.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
