Job Title: Assembler - Electronics and Wire/Cable Assembly

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team in the Electronics and Wire/Cable Assembly Process. This is a 3 to 4-month contract position on the 1st shift from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves assembling wire and cable harnesses, performing electronic soldering, and handling various small components.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electronic soldering and assembly of wire and cable harnesses.

+ Load and unload machines and place parts in proper packaging.

+ Conduct measurement checks on needed contacts or products.

+ Follow work instructions, processes, and procedures.

+ Operate machinery and inspect products for quality assurance.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in electronic assembly and machine operation.

+ Good hand and eye coordination.

+ General manufacturing experience is required.

Work Environment

Work in a clean room and climate-controlled environment with high-tech and fast-speed machinery. You will have your own work area and desk, alternating between sitting and standing throughout your shift. The dress code includes clean jeans or work pants, a clean shirt, no piercings, and closed-toed shoes. Personal protective equipment such as a static-resistant smock, safety glasses, and ear protection is provided. Shifts vary, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with differential pay. Weekend shifts are also available with a shift differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Etters, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
