**Job Title:** CDL Class A Driver – Manual Transmission

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and skilled CDL Class A Driver with a manual transmission endorsement to join our team in Minneapolis. This full-time position offers steady hours and diverse driving responsibilities. While the primary focus is roll-off truck operation, you’ll also be expected to drive other truck types based on daily needs—so flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities

+ Safely operate roll-off and other trucks across assigned routes

+ Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections

+ Load and unload materials as required

+ Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation

+ Comply with DOT and company safety standards

What You’ll Need

+ Valid CDL Class A license with manual transmission endorsement

+ Proven safe driving record

+ Strong understanding of vehicle inspection and basic maintenance

+ Ability to manage time efficiently and follow route schedules

+ Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb in/out of trucks

+ Adaptability to operate various truck types

+ Basic mechanical aptitude

+ Attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance

Work Environment

You’ll operate out of a large shop that services trucks used to deliver sheet metal throughout Minnesota and neighboring states. Manual transmission experience is essential, and safety is always a top priority.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $62000.00/yr.

• Competitive salary: $56,000 – $62,000 annually

PTO Schedule:

• Year 1: 40 hours

• Year 2: 80 hours
