Hiring Soldering Assembler in Everett, WA!
**Pay :** $23-27/hr (Based on experience)
**Shift :** 6AM - 3:30PM Monday - Thursday I 6AM - 2:30PM every other Friday
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Assemblers to perform a variety of complex production assembly operations on electronic assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, circuitry boards, panels, drawers, cables, magnetic components, and harnesses. This role involves non-routine and non-repetitive tasks and is the top level for normal progression in assembly work. You will be responsible for meeting defined standards for productivity, quality, and cost.
Responsibilities
+ Determine methods and sequence of assembly operations where complete information is not readily available.
+ Correctly use wiring diagrams and assembly drawings to create initial layouts.
+ Perform wiring, component installation, and hand soldering efficiently, working from assembly drawings or pictorial information.
+ Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed units.
+ Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test units accurately and efficiently.
+ Perform stripping, tinning, or bending parts, and fastening terminal connections correctly and efficiently.
+ Use schematics, blueprints, wiring lists, parts lists, and verbal and written instructions to assemble, modify, or reassemble units.
+ Train lower-level assemblers.
+ Follow all environmental health and safety policies and procedures, modeling safe work practices.
+ Contribute to and support a positive and respectful workplace.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in assembly, electrical, and electronics work.
+ Proficiency in soldering, including surface mount technology and electronic assembly.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Experience with PCB, circuit boards, cable, harness, and wire harness assembly.
+ Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
+ Good hand/eye coordination.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines.
+ Ability to work independently with limited supervision and effectively as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
