Job Title: Inventory Support Coordinator
Job Description
As an Inventory Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cycle counting, efficient SAP data entry, and effective kitting of materials to be staged. Your interactions will primarily be with internal personnel, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills. You will need some knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures, and the ability to interpret team metrics. This role involves routine work situations where recognizing deviations from accepted practices is essential. You must be ready to start work on-time daily and maintain strong attendance.
Responsibilities
+ Perform cycle counting and ensure accurate inventory counts.
+ Enter data into SAP and other ERP systems efficiently.
+ Stage materials by kitting them appropriately.
+ Communicate effectively with internal personnel.
+ Recognize and address deviations from standard practices.
+ Follow policies, procedures, and instructions consistently.
+ Meet schedules and perform tasks independently.
Essential Skills
+ 0-2 years of related experience in inventory management or logistics.
+ Proficiency in using SAP or other ERP systems.
+ Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and equipment.
+ Strong basic computer skills, including ERP systems and Outlook.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing focus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Experience operating powered industrial equipment is very helpful.
+ Ability to work in a clean room environment and adhere to PPE requirements.

Work Environment
You will work in a distribution center with some time spent in a clean room environment. Be prepared to handle clean room PPE requirements. The position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift from 6 AM to 6:30 PM, with initial training on 8-hour days.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
