Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Flex Worker

1st shift 7am to 4pm

• Pay $17 to $19

Responsibilities

+ Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, loading, unloading, picking, and packing.

+ Verify product details and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

+ Work across different areas of the facility, including metal polishing and finishing departments.

+ Load dies into powder coating machines and blast with aluminum oxide.

+ Operate a sit-down forklift to move, ship, and receive products.

+ Follow standardized processes with accuracy to prevent costly errors.

+ Cross-train in every department, including shipping & receiving, inventory control, and finishing.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift 40 pounds.

+ 1+ year of general labor experience.

+ 1+ year of warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year hand tool experience.

+ 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

The facility is a brand new, small, yet part of a large corporation, located in Olive Branch. It boasts a clean, climate-controlled, and organized environment. The finishing department, where this position is based, has recently had a state-of-the-art ventilation system installed, ensuring a comfortable and desirable workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Mississippi.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
