Job Title: Automated Press Brake Programmer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Automated Press Brake Programmer who will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating advanced press brake machinery, including Diacro Press Brake Machines and automated bending cells. The role involves working with titanium materials, making program edits, and adjusting machines to ensure precision and accuracy in operations.
Responsibilities
+ Set up, program, and operate press brake and Diacro Press Brake Machines.
+ Operate automated bending cells with precision.
+ Bend titanium materials and make necessary program edits.
+ Perform machine adjustments to maintain operational efficiency.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gages, and gauges.
+ Apply knowledge of measuring tools and manufacturing math.
+ Understand bend allowances including K Factors, Joggle, and Loss.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with press brake programming and operation /or strong experience in editing programs
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.
+ Ability to use precision measuring tools effectively.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing math and bend allowances.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Hands-on experience or cumulative work experience may substitute for formal training or certification.

Work Environment
The role is based in a machine shop environment with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
