    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our plastic injection molding operations. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our equipment running efficiently and safely. You’ll work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform routine and emergency maintenance on injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment

    + Conduct mold changeovers and assist with installations and removals

    + Support startup, shutdown, and quality control processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status

    What We’re Looking For

    + At least 1 year of experience maintaining molding machines (plastic injection preferred)

    + Ability to perform mold installations, removals, and changeovers

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    + Willingness to work occasional overtime based on production needs

    + Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $83200.00/yr.
